The website's front page asks you to fill out information of where to send a "free" bottle of product. It then takes you to the next page to fill out billing information to be charged only $2.95 for shipping and handling. My bank account was then immediately charged $160 USD with no time for processing.
When trying to call the customer support to have them cancel my order and refund my money, I am told that it immediately begins preparation to be shipped and therefore there is nothing they can do. They are extremely unhelpful and tell me in order to get my money back I have to wait until I receive my order and then pay to return ship it AND pay a $9.95 restocking fee, even though I called them just 30 minutes after placing the order.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all busy helping other customers and I was placed on a priority call back list. I will write a follow up as to if that actually happens or not.

- Yes Erik, that happens and it is funny how when one decides not to buy the bottle, the price reduces to $0.99.Forcing one to accept a free bottle only to realise it is more than $100. It is acscam and they should stop lying.
