M1312090534550448 - this order number was placed december and ionstructiosn were send at the order level not to delay shipment for out of stock - instructions not followed. further 4 items defective - not sewn/hemmed properly and on sweater loose yarn which ite will fall apart after 2/3 washings. further they shipped a wrong colored item. delaing with their customer service is a joke - they try to offer partial refunds which is not acceptable. further one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. their phones numbers to make contact do not work - when go on chat and ask for resolution they disconnect the chat since they dont want to deal anymore going back and forth. this website and their customer ervsice is an abolute joke. on other qwesbites for complaints they respond thanksing ebveryone for the valuable feedbakc yet the do not do a GD thing about it - they offer no satisfaction. on these 4 defective itesm that i wish to ship back, i asked for a return number - nothing given, they then have the audactity to advise me that i am responsible for the shipping costs back to me for items that they did not proplery QC (even though they give a total lie that they inspect items for quality - what do they have 8 year olds checking the items in China?) Or maybe the 8 year olds are doing the sewing? Poor service, poor quality and no concern whatsoever about ensuring the customer is satisfied. [edit review]
