I started a seven day trial subscription in May of 2013. I cancelled it the same day. Starting in June they charged my credit card 29.95 per month till December. I didn't notice this because I cancelled it and because I was out of state for much of this time. No one was even in my house during this time. They did acknowledge that I cancelled it but said that I renewed my subscription after I cancelled it. This is not true. I wasn't home and without my computer. They showed no proof only that it happened on my end, not their computer error.
