Derma Juvenate

I ordered what I thought was a sample of DermaJuvenate & Rejevneye creams. I have never received the Rejuveneye, and have now been charged 87.91 & 89.31 for the product. I called the 888-447-6613 and was told by their representative that it was a 14 day trial of the product they sent, and if the trial bottle was not returned within the 14 days, the customer was charged. He has agreed to cancel my account & reimburse me for the product I haven't received. This 2nd product has not yet been shipped according to Canada Post tracking. Product is shipped out of Toronto. If anyone has to return anything, call the 888 number, request an RMA number and return the product to Garcinia Elite, Returns Dept; PO Box 500

I tried to explain to the rep that it indicated the products worked best if used together, and seeing as how I hadn't received the 2nd product, I didn't have the option to trial them properly and should be reimbursed for both. He says NO, because I already had the one product for more than 14 days. That, to me, is very poor customer service. If it was a Retail store, I would definitely never be shopping there again.
