- Was it for a rental in Denver? Have you talked to him since? I haven't sent any money but I think I'm dealing withy the same person...

yes, it was for a rental on Osage. He knew I'm terribly ill and couldn't make it by to look at the property. I sent him the money after reviewing the lease terms and all of that. He sent me a lengthy email that his attorney would release the keys unless I pay last months rent (which is pretty standard, but that WASN'T the agreement) and if I didn't want to do that, he would send the money back. He has yet to respond to my last email asking him to return my funds. I am looking into filing a police report and anything else I can go after him with.
