Skrill froze my account a few days after I signed up. Requested ID documents which I've sent. It's been 12 days and my account remains frozen. I've sent emails to their help and security only receiving an automated case created response email. I have no idea what the hell is happening with my account but my funds have been frozen for 12 days since I've emailed my ID documents.
Update: 01/20/2014
Account is unfrozen. Got money back.
