I ordered a bottle of Dior midnight poison on the 10/12/13 as a Xmas present. After waiting two weeks, I sent an email informing them that the perfume had not arrived. I received an email back from Manuel Valero asking me to wait. A further two to three business days. I sent a second email informing him that it still had not arrived and requesting a refund. Manuel informs me that they are lodging an insurance claim form with their carrier. I still have not received the perfume or a refund as of the 30/12/13
