RVTL & Equinox/Equinox Day and Night Serum

Advertisement was on Comcast Internet screen, Dec.7, 2013, for special $4.95 each of Equinox Day & Night Serum & RVTL Cream with small shipping fee. There was no small print telling me I had 14 days to cancel my monthly membership fees/products as is on their 2 websites now. & no information was included in the package about this. I did not recieve the products until about a week ago, & then my credit card was charged again on Dec. 23, 2013 for the full amount of the product. I had to on-line search for a number to contact them as they are a 'paperless' company, & a totally different website than the 2 they finally gave me over the phone, listed their contact number 877-524-0259 the same as these 2 companies (which Frederick Bowen who finally answered my call can NOT even explain). & I am, of course past the 14 days & must pay their fees... Each product had to be cancelled separately from 2 different companies even though I only filled out 1 original form; so Frederick sent 2 separate e-mail confirmations saying I am cancelled from program.(equinoxbeauties.com & rvtlskin.com)
