Purchased a pair of tall ugg boots- through this website. Found originally when searching ebay and their information came up. It stated once entering the item on ebay to choose link for an additional 20% off, it then forwarded me to the website above officialsnowboots.com. I placed the order for size 9 1/2... did not think that they would ever arrive. However, when they did arrive yesterday, they were UGG knockoffs and were size 5. Incidentally- they did not send an email confirmation nor would my computer allow me to print invoice. Although, I did copy and paste website into word and save in case of issues(good thing). The charge came through as the Fahsion Life Eshop on my credit card without a phone number. I went back to website officialsnowboots and attempted to contact them. I received an email back telling me that it is expensive to return and advised me to give these to a friend or relative and reorder the correct size.... What a scam.
