Ordered 5 pairs of shoes. Selected free shipping (7-21 days). Was sent "tracking numbers" that say item has been shipped from China but not received in Canada yet. Tracking numbers sent on December 12, 17 and 24th. Email responses are obviously google translate products. Have been told they can't guarantee shipping times, it's a busy time for shipping, please be patient, hopefully the product will arrive soon....
