My minutes were added to my phone for two 3 dollar payments. then i added twenty dollars and the next day my phone was out of minutes and i did not even use it. I then added 20 dollars more and it now says that i am not on file. i have no idea of how i was able to add minutes to my phone 4 times in a week and the minutes disappear in a week yet i am not a customer of reach out wireless???? other than that this is the first time i have had problems with this phone but this is a pretty large problem considering it has taken a monetary amount of money from me and no one will call me back return emails or even live chat
