In december, i was suddenly asked on internet to answer a quick survey provided that i would get a free gift at the end. I was offered a free trial of Wrinkle Rewind by beauty & truth but presented as "dazzling skin" and I only had to pay for the postal fees, 4 euros; i did.
I was never told that more money would be taken from my account. I was not redirected on any other screen, such as Beauty & Truth websites where I could have read the conditions and legal stuff. I was never told that I would be sent more of Wrinkle Rewind. I received the free trial item 10 days later but did not use it, as I have some other skin creams in use.
Beauty&Truth, mentioned as "dazzling skin" took 78,49€ (107,88USD) from my account on the 25th december 2013. This is robbery. I am asking for this amount to be paid back on my account without any delay!
I am a single mother with a child i have to raise on my own and live with less then 700€ per month. I need this money that I never intended to spend!
