Fiz um pedido no dia 7/12(on-line) amostras dos cremes Cellurie e Bellapura, supostamente grátis pagando apenas cerca de 14$ para despesas de envio.
Como não tinha lido devidamente as condições ao aperceber-me que as mesma não me convinham pedi o cancelamento(via email) da encomenda no dia 8/12.Como era fim de semana, no dia 9 entrei novamente em contacto telefónico, onde fui informada que já não era possível efectuar o cancelamento uma vez que já tinham procedido ao envio, mas, quando recebesse a encomenda telefonasse para me fornecerem as instruções de devolução caso não ficasse satisfeita com o produto.
Segundo as condições, o cliente tem 14 dias, após o pedido, para experimentar os produtos o que é manifestamente impossível uma vez que a expedição foi efectuada no dia 12/12 e recebida no dia 31/12. No dia 24/12 foram debitadas no meu cartão de crédito 2 importancias no valor de 74,95€ (+- 103US) cada.
Logo que recebia encomenda entrei em contacto ( via telefone), com a suposta empresa, para me darem os dados para efectuar a devolução dos produtos e ser reembolsada. Disseram-me que já não era possível efectuar a devolução uma vez que já tinham passado os catorze dias.
Sinto-me burlada, porque, antes de receber os produtos não poderia efectuar a devolução.



I made an order on 7/12 ( online ) samples of creams and Cellurie Bellapura supposedly free paying only about $ 14 for shipping.
As he had not properly read the conditions to realize myself that it did not suit me ordered the cancellation (via email ) on the day the order was 8/12.Como weekend on the 9th went again in telephone contact , where I was informed it was no longer possible to cancel once they had already made the transmission , but when receive the order to call for giving me the return instructions if was not satisfied with the product .
Under the conditions , the customer has 14 days after the request to try the products which is clearly impossible since the shipment was made on 12 /12 and received on 31/12 . On 24/12 were charged to my credit card 2 sums amounting to € 74.95 ( + - 103US ) each .
Once received order I contacted ( via telephone) , the alleged enterprise, to give me the data to make the return of the products and be repaid . They told me it was no longer possible to return once it had passed fourteen days.
I feel circumvented because, before receiving the goods could not make the return
