Made an order on the 27th of December,it was 3 pairs of shoes, it costed me 137.09 pounds. Because that site was using paypal I thought I won't have any problem to shop on it. Normally when you make an order online, you are supposed to receive an email confirmation saying thank you and also saying when you will receive your items. But I never received anything from them so I sent several emails and messages to them which they never answered to. When I log in to that website and check my orders status, it's still shows as pending .i don't think I will receive anything from them so I want to do anything it will take to have my money back from them and hope you will help.
