We join the Travel Resorts program July 2013 but have been trying to cancel since July 21 2013. Just a few days after we decided that it was not all we were lead to believe. But our main problem had been with Duvera Financial. We agreed to pay $29.99 a month to use the web site and they will not acnowledge the fact that we have cancelled our account and have turned us over to a bill collection service. Their statements say we owe for 5 years but our contract says it was for 1 year. Have called, sent letters, email all to no avail. Please tell us what we should do.
