WE ordered a NOrthface coat. WE received it as we were supposed to and in great condition with tags still on. However it was too small. The receipt and website give a number to call but no one asnwers. WE also get no response thru email and have been trying for about a week. The recipt stated items to be returned/exchanged had to be done within 14 days so we went ahead and shipped it back with a note stating what we needed done. Upon tracking the package it says its undeliverable due to an insufficient address. We at least have the product coming back to us but bc of it not fitting its of no use to us.
