I ordered the starter kit which CLEARLY states the contents of the kit. Here is the ad directly from the website.

- 1 Qty - 5ml vial of e-liquid. Choose from 27 flavors & 4 different nicotine strength levels

I never received the refillable 5pack of blank cartridges or the 5ml vile of e-liquid. I have called several times and was told that they are shipped from another warehouse and they would ship them out right away. They did send me a compensation pack of 5 prefilled cartridges so i could at least use the product until I got the rest of what was missing from the kit. As of today I still have not received the missing items and when I call the support line I'm told that the kit does NOT come with the liquid that is clearly advertised and I would have to purchase it separately if I wanted it. This is false advertising and I told them I wanted to return the product for a full refund. They were supposed to send me a return label along with a rma#. I never received either. Now they tell me that it's been to long and they will not honor any return nor will they ship the advertised missing items. They directed me to another website that says these items are NOT included which is NOT the site I ordered from.This is their way of denying hat I was supposed to receive. They claim that they NEVER advertised these items with the kit but the original site is still up with pictures and text of what is supposed to be included with the starter kit order. These people are ripping off many customers and not honoring what is clearly advertised. PLEASE help me get my money back and put these unethical people out of business!!
