I Applied filled in a form on line whilst browsing loans didnt take up the loan as the apr ws too high and they still took £39.99 out of my account with authoirisation, bank cannot get money back i have to call loan zoo and convientley there lines are engaged or told to call back later as they are busy been trying for day costing me a fortune in phone bills
