The product is advertised on the website for a $4.99 trial. However two weeks later they charged over $175.00 for the product. They were unresponsive to calls to get money back. Put on hold, disconnected, transferred around etc.!! The website is a scam and very misleading! Tried to get money back from bank but then was charged back unsuccessfully. There are many other complaints regarding the same issue with the same company! How can you help get a refund?
