I purchased a $17 bracelet on 11/18 from BostonDeals.com as a Christmas gift. They sent me 2 messages saying it would be shipped by the 9th of December. On the 18th, I get another message saying they have shipped it, via USPS. They even provided a tracking number for the USPS site. When you track it, however, the USPS site says that all the company has done is provide them with notice that they PLAN to ship something (in other words, they printed a label). The USPS site shows they clearly haven't actually shipped ANYTHING. I try to contact them -nothing. I try to contact BostonDeals.com and they give me a run-around (even though I already provided them with everything they needed to look into this). I am planning on contacting the TN Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office here in Boston.

- I have contacted the BBB about this company. They finally responded today and of course made excuses, used lies in the response and ultimately blamed me for the terrible and fraudulent business practices. I hadn't thought of contacting the Attorney General, but I'm definitely going to now. I wish you luck!
