I saw $30 electronic debit on my bank account on 10/25/2011 from Fund Assurance. I was also charged a $37.50 non-sufficient fund fee from my bank because I did not expect this charge and did not have the funds in my account. I called the number to find out what this was. I was told that I was approved for a loan and that this was the application fee. I never authorized any such thing. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course I was told that they were on the phone with other customers and that it would be a very long time before they would be available. She stated she was a senior representative and that she could help me. I again told her that I never authorized any such application fee and that I wanted it refunded immediately. She just kept repeating the same answer. I told her I would report their company and hung up on her. I then immediately called my bank to file a dispute/fraud complaint.
