I sign up for an account with Buylowactions and was not aware that I would be charged a fee of $99. After I received confirmation by email, I also notice another email regarding a charge. I checked my online bank account and sure enough, I had a charge for $99 that I did not authorized.

That same morning I registered for an account, I sent 4 or 5 request for a FULL REFUND on December 1, 2013. I waited for at lease a week, checking my email for a response but, none came.

The fellowing week, I sent an additional 6 or 8 request for a refund on December 6 and 7, 2013. I waited for a response for 2 days and received no response from any Buylowauction representative.

On the 3rd week of December, I sent 8 messages by email on December 11 and 13, 2013 for a Full Refund but, still did not get an answer.

I have been in contact with my bank to dispute the charge but, i was inform that there is little that can be done because the company has not responded to the many requests i sent them, which is frustrating and driving me insane.

As of today, January 4, 2014, I submitted another request for a FULL REFUND but, I do not know if I will ever get my hard earn money back from a company who takes advantage of their customers and treats them like dirt. Plus, the individuals of this company probably don't know what it's like to work for a living and are running a scam becase they're to lazy to earn money the right way.
