I ordered the DVD Maximum Overdrive via email on 12/16/13 received confirmation via e-mail on 12/17 also received a Tracking # although they did not stipulate if this was for US mail or UPS. On or about 12/28 I attempted to contact them at the phone # listed as 1-888-210-9739 the recording states if question about a DVD and tracking please contact via e-mail. Email does not allow this option. Today I attempted to look up my account and it is telling me that they have no listing of my account. I did attempt to call again today and got the same recording. I will be contacting my credit card and authorities of this situation. Nancy
