I booked my theory for 9th January on 3rd of December 3 days before my theory i still haven't received my email. i have sent them an email saying if they don't give me a full refund or contact me back i will be taking this matter further. I would be grateful if anyone can contact me if they had a refund and how they got it. I advise everyone not to use this service

i also emailed them before Christmas asking when i would receive my email they said between 7-12 working days this was the 13th day
