International boundaries
Filled out application form to become a bidder. No mention of charging $99.00 to my credit card for a bid pack. Received an email thanking me for my purchase of 200 bids, which I did not authorize. Contacted my credit card company immediately. They said until the transaction posts, I can't dispute it (2-3 days). To protect myself in the future, never supply a credit card number unless you have purchased an item through a company or vendor, who is supplying you with the item. I broke my rule...shame on me.
