I bought an internet marketing program as I'd like to start making money online. The program requires you to constantly make additional purchases which I do not have the cash for. I requested a refund through their billing and support departments but I do not receive any response. They have a 60 day money back guarantee but obviously ignores you until the time has elapsed.
Update: 01/07/2014
I received an e-mail from the support team advising that my refund is being processed. I will advise once the money has been credited to my bank account.
