i agreed to a trial of the above products on Dec6 2013. i was supposed to be charged $4 98 AUS but was charged in excess of $22 aus. i phoned the company support phone no 1-925-234-4298and asked why and was told they had no record of my account either under my name or under the card no. u explained to the lady i spoke to that the above amount had already been removed from my account and she again stated she could not locate an account.i have sent the company four seperate emails and have phoned their office three times since and have been left on the phone in excess of ten minutes which is expensive calling from Australia. now again on the fourth of Janruary they have again withdrawn in excess of $120 from my account. i again emailed and phoned with no results and i have had to cancel my credit card to stop this company from withdrawing any more of my funds. my bank has put disputes on the monies deducted. i still have not received the orginal trial offer and as i told the lady on the phone i dont wish to have any more dealings with this company who cant find my account but in turn have no problem in withdrawing my funds. rather strange.
