I ordered the free sample offer on the internet for £2.99 each product and paid by visa card. The samples arrived but I did not want a further order. I tried to contact the company by phone to inform them of this but was unable to get through. On my bank statement for January 2014 it showed two payments of £69.95 taken by the company for products I have not since received the sample order.
