I ordered what was advertised as a free 30 day trial of the Slendera Garcinia Cambogia and Natural Cleanse. Nowhere in the ad did it say that by "30 day trial" they really meant "18 day trial," and that my credit card would be charged $74.99 and $84.97 at the end of the 18 days. When I called to argue the charges and cancel my "subscription," the sales rep said the best he could do was to refund me $30 per product, meaning I would get back $60 of the $159.96 I was charged. Today, a month after cancelling, I was charged $2.99. When I called again, the service rep said it was a system error and that I would not be charged in the future. I informed her that the representative I spoke with the last time had said the same thing, and that I wanted all of my money back. She said she could only refund me the $2.99.
