I ordered the free trial on 2Jan2014 and a few minutes later I changed my mind and when I called to cancel my order and cancel my membership(which carries an ongoing monthly charge) the Cust.Svc lady said she would cancel everything but then we strangely got disconnected. I called right back a different lady took my call and said sorry your order has already went out and the only way to get a refund was to send the item back which would cost approx $9 and some odd cents!!!! I ordered this in the wee hours of the night...I seriously doubt that my product was being packed and shipped out within minutes of ordering!!!!! She said I'd receive the item by 8 jan,2014. Big scam as I soon discovered. Beware of BLIZZARD WHITE and their practices that rip off people
