I ordered a free sample of this product. According to the company, I only needed to pay $4.95 for shipping cost. When my credit card bill was received, I saw a charge from them for $93.95. Upon calling them, they said it was a free trial, which included a membership and bi-monthly shipments. I have another charge on my January bill for $98.80. I told them no where in the sign up sheet does it state it being a trial offer. When I received the product, it doesn't state it there either. In fact, there was no correspondence included whatsoever. I told the customer service rep I was disputing the charges, at which point she threatened me. I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. After the fact, I unfortunately read several complaints from customers who have been ripped off by this company.
