I have mistakenly ordered a trail sample of this not fully understanding the terms and conditions. This company refuses to accept returns or refunds. They couldn't explain the addition $89 chg on my credit card. I have not rec'd anything past the trail sample yet have been chg'd for it. I'm telling you this company is a scam and are taking advantage of thousands of people all over the world. The product is shipped from Arizona yet chgs on credit card says it's from Belize. I could over hear every conversation in the background and the complaints were exactly the same!! "NO Maam we cannot give you a refund" etc etc. I mentioned that to him and he said "nothing", I'm so upset, they gave me such a BAD feeling! I've demanded that they track this product that they've chg'd me for because I don't have it!! I asked for a copy of their terms and conditions and the link to the website and they refused and said they couldn't email me that information , do they not all have a computer sitting infront of them? I don't understand why they can't provide me with that information so I can review it.
