My belongings were stored at this facility for over 2 years as I recall. When putting them there to start with, no one made any mention of any problem. And, since this was my first time storing furniture, I had no idea what questions to ask. My payments were often made ahead of time. When I finally moved, I was shocked at the condition of my belongings. Rats had eaten the hose off of my washing machine(and it had to be replaced because it would no longer work anyway). Rat feces were all over my chairs, sofa, and holes were in my mattress where they had pulled out the filling. I had movers there at the grand total of $135.00 per hour and once I had arrived at my immaculate new home, I could not bear the thought of bringing that stuff inside. 75% of my belongings were left in the garage and eventually thrown away. Even my leather sofa cushion had been eaten into. When I called Lazyboy, they no longer carried the sofa so I could not get a new cushion.
