I am Rev. Cassandra Anaya (not Cassandra psychic). I am the psychic, who gave Brigitta the reading she complained about. I'm certainly not filing a complaint against myself, but am replying to Brigitta's complaint and doing so as a complaint so it will be clear to see. When she filled out the order page she mentioned nothing about her sons. Instead it said:
"When will I find real love and be happy
Finances---will I lose my house
Business I am trying to start----should I give up". After she received her email reading she wrote an email using language that no lady or mother should use. Then she filed a dispute with her credit card company, but lost. If I do false readings than I would not have been on the internet all these years - since April 4, 1993. The bottom line is Brigitta didn't hear what she wanted to hear and got upset at me for telling the truth. Oh, it seems Brigitta neglected to mention in her complaint that this was not the first reading she had by me. If the reading was so false why did she order yet another reading? I wouldn't go back to a person, who was false. Would you?

Then to top it off scambook.com sent me a snail mail letter saying if I paid them an amount more than $75.00 they would remove Brigitta's complaint. Shame on them denying Brigitta freedom of speech and that is extortion I wouldn't pay them. Instead their letter saw the trash can.
