someone called on my phone and started asking questions regarding my internet usage,and that if i don't pay 350.00 nz my computer would crash.Also saying that they will transfer my call to senior technical officer of a phone company and that it is true,i need to update my computer to avoid getting virus,if i could give credit card details.I refused but guy insisted and threatening me,if i did not pay,my computer will crash.Under extreme pressure i gave card number.
no updated antivirus system was loaded and i was robbed of the above amount.
