I purchased a pair of slippers on the above date. I ordered a size woman's 8 and I did receive the slippers. However they are not a woman's size 8 they are more a CHILD'S SIZE 8 and are totally too small for the person I purchased them for. I wrote several times and jus got back 'we will contact you asap" I called several times (starting with shortly after receiving them and a automated message indicated 'we are closed for the Holidays" I continued to get this phone message also NO RESULTS on the return info necessary to return the item and get my money back.
