We paid for a snow removal contract that was to clear and salt the driveway and walkways.
Despite several accumulations of snow so far this year nobody had ever come to our house to clear snow.
I have managed to get through 2 times on the phone usually 1 day after a snowfall when I'm told the computer shows they will be there later that day (I guess a lie to get me off the phone).
After that I call every day and cannot get an answer on the phone, I leave voice messages that are ignored and I've sent email also ignored.
I also posted a complaint and photo on their facebook page that was promptly deleted.
Update: 03/29/2014
We got no service all winter, complained to Visa (since they took our credit card). Visa investigated and has refunded our money.
