May 2013 - Contracted with Titanium Transport (Quote #32837EF)to transport my car from Ft. Myers,Fl. to Lake Forest,Il. I was required to make a downpayment of $200.00,an electronic check was sent and deposited to their acct.#444012402100. However, they did NOT pick up my car or contact me in any way so I was forced to get service from another hauler.They not only did not contact me,they would not answer numerous E-mails,phone calls,letters(including copies of paid deposit check)never making any steps to refund deposit
