The following is basically my last email to this company at [email protected]: THOU SHALT NOT STEAL...
I have called at least 3 telephone numbers which you have provided and have finally reached a person on your Auckland
number (09) 974 9636. This is absolutely unacceptable as I have tried to rectify this matter throughout the time that you have charged me a ridiculous amount for your product as I could just literally go down the road to obtain this same product for less than $30. This is a scam and absolutely dishonest as you say it is a free gift and all you need to pay is the postage of $1.99 then you charge me $195.14 in the end?

Then one of your representatives, Jane wouldn't put me through to a manager and kept on telling me you will not receive a refund, and anything I said she just kept repeating this as if she was reading it over and over. This is not good business but absolute unfair conduct, your practices are not clear and are in fact very misleading and deceptive.

Because of this I will never fill out another survey online of a quick easy 3 short questions for a free gift again which was entirely a hook to falsely lure you. You are actually stealing money from people literally. Where is your humanity?

Not a satisfied customer for offering a service to my education provider or so it seemed. To steal from a single mother of 3 young sons age 5, 6 & 9 and from a student, you are absolutely appalling!
