In December 2013 I sent for a 'free' sample of face cream, paid p&p and subsequently found that in addition,they had charged £89 on my credit card. I sent an email on 2nd January asking for explanation and received a reply the following day to say my order (no order had even been given) would be cancelled and no further money taken. However, the £89 was not refunded and on 10th January I telephoned and spoke to someone whose American accent was extremely difficult to interpret especially as she spoke so fast. She said I should have cancelled my 'order' within 14 days of receiving the trial supply and was adamant that these were their lawful terms. Eventually she said that 30% refund could be made and this I reluctantly accepted. I had thought I was dealing with a trustworthy company but was sadly mistaken. Do NOT have any business with these people.
