Ordered women's Nike Sneakers.....received e-mail with tracking number and notice we would receive in 5-8 days.....entered to track status of sneakers. Does not recognize the tracking number given....hopefully the sneakers will arrive and not be a problem. It has not been 8 days...after reading this company may be a scam I am very concerned....will continue to check my credit card for unauthorized charges....Very rarely do I purchase on-line....don't think I will again

hello I bought also a pair of shoes on this site January 10, 2014. the payment is successful, but two days later came an email where it said that the product was finished. Since that day I have not received more 'product news and even got back the money back even though I had sent many questions about how to do to get the money.
do you get back the money? please tell me because i don't know how to do. Thanks -
