The book was $19.95 and the s/h $11.95. During the order process the order clerk slipped in $8.95 for a book that was offered free on-air but I caught that one. Twelve hours later I tried to cancel the order and was told I could only order; wait for the shipment to arrive and return it for a full refund. The next two days I was called from a 1-866-379-2003 number constantly. When I called back I was greated by my first name then by my last name. The person wanted to send me "free gasoline vouchers," plus coupons and $43.00 would be debited from my Visa account. I told her to keep everything and cancel the whole order. She abruptly said, "Thank you for calling and Have A Blessed Day." When I tried to call the number it rang and an automated voice said, "Goodbye," the call ended. The same thing happened the following day. No contact was ever available to take my call.
