I bought an iphone 5 locked to AT&T, how we when i purchased the phone I wasn't aware it was locked. So being so naive I started searching up online and unlockiphonevip website seemed very convincing. I input my imei ordered their service to unlock my phone and have been waiting for almost 1 week and it has not been unlocked. I paid the extra $15 dollars because I need to connect my phone fairly quick. They do not respond to any of my emails they have no customer service number where I can call and talk to a real person!! I'm very frustrated because I have spent over $800 dollars on trying to unlock my iphone 5. Every email i sent to them it's an automatic reply stating the same thing?? I have requested a full refund, being that their website says "money back guarantee" , I don't think I will see that. I would not use this site at all !!!
