Placed an order in 10/2013 on aliexpress.com and the items were shipped to a different address and then 2 weeks later to me, they arrives broken and damaged. I contacted supplier who asked for pictures, I emailed them and after not receiving a response I messaged him via the aliexpress message center. He asked me again to send them and said not to make dispute. I ended up filing a chargeback with my card issuer and they in error marked it as fraud when it should have been "not as described/broken/defective". Fast forward to 12/31/2013 I place an order to find out 24 hours later it was closed by the aliexpress security team, they requested me to cancel the chargeback. I said no it is valid they then asked for passport, id, copies of credit card, bank statement and documentation regarding the chargeback. I reversed the chargeback and had it labeled correctly. They are holding my rights to pay with a credit card hostage and giving me the run around why these documents I send they have yet to be verified 2 weeks later. Something fishy is going on.
