I paid postage for a sample of this product. A month later the company charged me for an order of the product on Dec. 20, 2013. I did not order this item,I do not want it, and I have not received it by Jan. 12. I did not have any knowledge about this until I received my credit card bill with the charges.
I have tried to contact the company but have not been successful.
