I sent for a free sample of this cream and paid £2-99 post and packing in December and a small pot arrived in the post. There was nothing on the site tying me in to a contract to buy more and the price was not advertised. This week I received another pot the same size as the sample and the next day when my bank statement arrived they had taken £89 out of my account. I am furious, they had no right to do this. I paid by debit card( big mistake) and will phone the card company in the morning to see if I can stop them taking any more money. Will I be able to get my money back? I have the cream packed and ready to post back to them. Researching on line I see that there are hundreds of the same complaints, can't anything be done to stop this scam. Thank you
