The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
The above company sent a letter to ask us to register. In the website, there is no mention of any subscription fee even in the terms and conditions. We thought it was compulsary to register because the letter and website looks like a government website. During the registration, there was no disclaimer that they are not government related.
So after 3 months of registration, they suddenly send an invoice of SGD490. I believe a lot of SME got scammed by them. Maybe should call up ACRA to check and report this company.

Hi Hello
I am going write to data register to ask them to remove my account, or I'll file a complaint with ACRA and other relevant authorities.
The more names I have, the stronger our case will be. If your are interested, drop me an email at [email protected] with your company name and registration number by Thursday 14 Jan 2014.
Let's stop this before more unsuspecting companies fall into the trap.
