I signed up for a "free trial" (30 days) and deposited $10 into the account so that my 10 yr old could play FIFA 14. Before the end of October, I sent in a request ticket asking how to cancel the membership to avoid the $4.99 fee, and I also asked them to change my email address. Within 2 days I put in a request to cancel the trial offer, and also put in multiple complaints because while he lost and won some games, the amount in the account was incorrect. Not only have they continued to charge me $4.99 to this day, but they never responded to my proper email, never updated the account to the proper amount of money, etc. I had to go into my bank, cancel my card, and file a fraud charge. The bank tells me I probably won't win, but it's not even about the money. It could be $4.99/month or $400/month, but if they have a million gamers, and just 8% bite the bullet and say, "Oh well, it's only $4.99" and every day they find another person to sign on with the same attitude, we may as well just throw our coins to whatever greedy corporate empire walks by our door just for the hell of it. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of corporate greed, espesically when it's slaps you in the face over and over again, laughing just knowing there's nothing you can do about it. They were smart not setting up a call center. I don't know even know if they have humans responding to the emails.
