I was currently using offender-connect. My inmate told me that a lot of others use this service and they can talk as many times per day and not be charged by call. This service is beneficial if you are calling long distance. I payed $65, but after all the negative reviews i decided to cancel my service. I got a full refund. The only way to get a refund is to cancel your service before they generate and distribute the number to your inmate. Overall i would recommend offender connect it takes out 7.50 for every deposit made and every 15 minute call is 2.25.
