My daughter requested a free sample without realizing that she would then have her bank account docked monthly for $85.00. This started in February, 2011. The product was sent to her father's address and has never been used but she did not understand why it was coming. She never authorized the process and was, unfortunately, not savvy enough at the time to check her accounting so carefully. I only caught it when we linked our bank accounts recently when she left for college. I have since had her old account closed and have cancelled the tooth whitener. I am having her father return all the unopened product.
